It quickly became apparent that they were capable, and so we handed over our entire digital marketing function to them. That was one of the best decisions we have made to date. We have come to rely heavily on their collective knowledge and commitment. We consider them to be an integral part of our business. There were a number of agencies to choose from, to work with. We made our decision based on the fact that they made an effort to research our business and showed a genuine interest in working in partnership. In summary, many agencies offer the world and fail to deliver. These guys never promised anything more than a genuine interest in working together to achieve realistic objectives.
