Studio Culture are friendly and professional, but don't set out to confuse the layman with tech jargon, as some IT people seem to delight in doing, and have a "no dumb questions" attitude (great for me because I ask a lot of dumb questions). They tailored every square inch of the site to best serve our business and the end result is a beautiful, functional website.
