We had a great experience working with Marketing Sweet on our new website. The team were incredibly patient with us, especially as we dragged the project out longer than expected when work got busy, and we had to put the website on the back burner. Cooper was lovely and helpful throughout the process, and Taylor, who helped wrap everything up at the end, was an absolute star. The transfer from our previous hosting provider was far from simple, but Taylor handled it all so well. She kept me updated the whole way through and took care of everything, which was such a relief as website hosting and transfers are definitely not my area. We now have a fully functional website with back-end support, and I can make changes myself without waiting on anyone else. I also received a full training session, screen recording and a really helpful cheat sheet to refer back to. A big thank you to everyone at Marketing Sweet for their patience, professionalism and support throughout the whole process. Everyone we dealt with was friendly, helpful and easy to work with.
