Emma Hall of The Ginkgo Tree Creative Studio was both professional and efficient at helping fix some problems with my Squarespace artist website (Naomi Crowther) she made it easy to book at time and went through all the changes with me over the hour time-slot, plus followed up with some tips to help me navigate particular issues for the future. This was hands-down the best value for money I’ve had in a long time. Emma was straight to the point and so helpful. I left the meeting with pages of notes on how to improve my website and reach. She spoke in easy to understand language and the shared screen was helpful in understanding each point. If you’re looking for someone to analyse your Squarespace website and give feedback, Emma is the one to go to.
Bounce Global engaged Jarrod from the Ginkgo Tree Creative Studio to assist with a large-scale video-editing project - to create 35+ videos as part of a training program. This complex project involved editing raw video and audio files, and adding in text and image overlays to create a professional and polished series of videos that would become part of an online learning course. Jarrod was extremely helpful and enthusiastic with the project and even spent time helping us set up our filming area so we could get the best results. He worked with us on a very short timeframe and was very flexible and adaptable as the project progressed. We would highly recommend Jarrod and his creative skills for any video editing work. We'll definitely be engaging his services again.

Emma made our daughter’s 1st birthday party such a memorable and special one with the beautiful picnic set up. She was professional and flexible as we had to change venues at the last moment due to inclement weather forecasted. Highly recommend.
