Nirav was an absolute pleasure to work with. As I don’t speak much English, he handled everything incredibly well and always made sure communication was clear. He would often send translations to help me fully understand things, which made the whole process smooth and stress free. Very knowledgeable, patient and genuinely focused on getting results. Don’t be fooled by their onboarding call, they make it sound like they know exactly what they’re doing, but in reality it’s all talk. My account was mostly handled by an intern who kept pushing me to increase the budget even though I wasn’t breaking even. Ad copy was full of mistakes, and almost no one ever actually looked at my account. Felt like they cared more about getting more money than actually making the campaigns work. Complete waste of time. Do not recommend at all.
