Bold has been exceptional with their pay per show campaign for the dental clinic where I work. They do the hard work and prep the patient on the phone before the patient actually comes to the clinic. Patients walk in well aware of the costs and process involved which makes conversations and conversions so much more easier. We have an older demographic of customers and we have always sturggled to get over technological barriers to get reviews from our customers but the sms based automation, with easy prompts and sentiment analysis helped us get more reviews and capture more service issues that we wouldn't otherwise hear so we could resolve them for our customers. On top of being very good at what they do, the team are also just lovely and super easy to work with and frequently were able to offer help and advice outside of the scope of work they were doing for us - they were just genuinely invested in seeing our business grow. I was really impressed with Sam's 20 minute presentation (on Facebook) when I came across it yesterday regarding all things SEO. I don't really have a clue about SEO & leave some of this stuff to my website person, & 'wing' it myself in the back office of my website. So I thought I would book in a chat with Bold to see if they could advise me on the health of my website/Google ranking etc. As promised, Bold called me this morning & the lovely Alecia scheduled an appointment with me this afternoon. Alecia had already done her research on me & my business/website before our call. She was so knowledgeable & gave me a few great tips on how I could improve my Google ranking even more. She told me that what I was doing was working really well & that I don't really need their service at this point. (I get 2-3 impersonal emails everyday in my spam folder from so-called SEO experts, sooo annoying!) That definitely surprised me & I was grateful for her honesty & could sense she was very genuine.
