It hosts more than 400 websites and provides Australian-based website hosting that is locally managed.

Choc Chip Digital works with thousands of clients every year, from large companies to small businesses. Recent projects include Interchange Outer East, McHarry’s Busline, ACE Air Condition Equipment, Design & Decorate, Diversitat, Live More Of Your Life – Life Be In It, Achtung Camper and Crichton Removals.

Choc Chip Digital has built a loyal following in Geelong, with feedback spanning more than a decade of website and online marketing work. Customers repeatedly describe the team as responsive, noting that requests for changes and specific tweaks are handled quickly and without fuss. Several reviewers highlight the discovery process used to draw out a concept before design begins, and the resulting websites are described as easy to navigate and well laid out. The in-house design team is credited with improving online stores and making product browsing simpler for clients, while technical advice is called informative and practical.

The studio covers design, marketing consulting, video production and web hosting, and long-standing clients mention ongoing support rather than a one-off build. Named staff include Chris and Amanda, whose service is described as professional and consistently helpful. A recurring theme is that projects are seen through from brief to launch with clear communication, and businesses with training platforms have had those needs met alongside their main sites. Ongoing help and fresh ideas keep clients returning for support long after launch.
