Yeah a weird one. The wife and i engaged w Karl and all went really well but we waited nearly two weeks after verbally agreeing to all the admin side and we received absolutely no emails or calls regarding the new venture. After ringing the office and being told he will call back a few days later we received an email simply saying we weren't a good fit w Goop and they have decided not to offer their services and wished us all the best moving forward. Isn't it supposed to be the other way around? Got a great service elsewhere
