I was already paying for an existing web hosting service while also being charged their separate website hosting/maintenance fee. As someone who is not very IT or social media savvy I feel this should have been clearly explained to me from the beginning. When I reached out to ask for clarification around the charges and services being provided, I struggled to get a response. Unfortunately the lack of communication and follow up left me feeling frustrated and unsupported.
Would absolutely not recommend. They do not care and do not follow the rules they are supposed to be guided by. Seems like a family owned and run business where they just pretend to a real estate agency but have no idea how to actually handle things. Do yourself a favour and go to a professional instead.
