I approach Karla, about creating a website for my business at a cost of just under $5,000 in which I explain to Karla the website needed to be very pro-active and I even emailed through several similar business samples to mine which had fantastic websites. Karl said she was able to assist in what I had in mind. Several weeks later Karla had completed to website live and received my payment. Karla said start off with this website for now and then we can change it over in the next couple months to more like the other examples given. I Explained to Karla this is not really what I had in mind and they were no comparison to the samples given etc. I contacted Karla over the following months following about changing the website to more like the samples given as I was very busy working long hours trying to build up the business etc. It started to come across with me that this website design or format could not be adjusted to the type of samples given as each time I had a meeting with Karla she was calling another gentleman about what i was asking for and can we provide this type of website? I then asked Karla for a refund or a 50% refund so i could use this money towards a more suitable website company would could build us a website similar to the examples given, Karla refused over the phone and I also had spoken to my Lawyer about this as well and he advised me to write a letter listing out several options to try and compromise with Karla which still to date there has been no refund or compromise. I would not recommend ( Karla or Redbax Websites ) for several reasons before even being satisfied with the website provided Karla keep ringing me every month asking me to place a 5 Star review! 5 Star reviews are given to business without being asked! Karla increasing my (Annual Fee's ) to just under $500 per Annum. Any business who charges to provides a service to another business should either supply within reason what they're looking for or refund their charges. Karla kept 100% of all our monies given to Redbax Websites and did not off any reasonable resolution. For this reason, until Karla contacts us our company to resolve this matter in a fair and reasonable manner we "Don't recommend Redbax Websites"

Karla and her team did a fantastic job with our Website. We feel the design of our site is creative, functional and practical providing us with a public face that is appropriatly tailored to our business. At all times they were professional and their communication was exemplary. Any queries we had were answered with in a day. Their pricing is also very resonabIe. Brilliant support, very reasonable pricing, one of the best service providers/consultants I have ever found in 50 years of setting up software systems. The Redbax team have saved our non-profit community group run by volunteers from the hell of out of date software, dodgy website, lack of expertise and all of the disasters, extra work and costs that were being endured due to our ignorance and lack of specialist, current knowledge.
