Website builds, graphic design, internet marketing and continuing social media management for organisations around Mackay form the core of what Strategic Media Partners provides. A number of customers describe how a redesigned site or a coordinated campaign took shape, with each stage worked through together rather than a finished product delivered without input. Reviewers repeatedly name Maria for her understanding of the mining and heavy industrial sectors, her ability to keep a marketing plan on track and her hands-on assistance during website updates, while Matt is also credited for his part.

An aspect raised across a number of reviews is responsiveness, with fast turnaround and efficient handling of social accounts allowing clients to focus on their own operations. Those who have shifted from interstate agencies appreciate having a single contact across all platforms, and long-term clients treat the relationship as an extension of their own team, commending the careful attention to detail and the support that continues once a project wraps up. The dependable quality delivered across varied industries is what stands out.
