Extremely Poor Value and No Meaningful Delivery This was one of the most disappointing agency engagements we’ve had. StudioHawk sold the campaign as urgent and execution-focused, particularly around resolving key onsite issues in the first month. In reality, after paying thousands of dollars, there were no meaningful changes implemented on the website, no content delivered or published, and no measurable improvement in performance or tracking. Most of what was later presented as “deliverables” consisted of documents and spreadsheets surfaced only after we issued termination notice — not proactive work delivered during the month. We also experienced unacceptable issues around incorrect tracking implementation and attempted billing after termination, which raised serious concerns about professionalism and trust. For the cost involved, the lack of tangible output was indefensible. I would not recommend StudioHawk based on our experience.

Absolutely terrible experience – stay far away from Studio Hawk I run a small family owned service business in Sydney and was looking for a good SEO company to help grow my online presence. After some research, I came across StudioHawk. At first, everything sounded great, the salesperson was convincing, the price seemed fair, and I was optimistic. But that’s where the good part ends. After agreeing to move forward, I was suddenly told that my website was too weak and needed to be redesigned before they could even begin any SEO work. That was the first red flag – why wasn’t that mentioned earlier? As an seo company, it’s not your job ? Still, I trusted their advice and paid separately for a website update. I expected them to start the SEO work afterward. Days passed. I kept calling and messaging, trying to get them to begin. Nothing. As a small business owner, time and money are not things I can afford to waste. I followed every instruction they gave me. I invested thousands into design based on their recommendations. And still! zero results, zero effort on their part. Eventually, after days of chasing them, they simply told me I was “not suitable for their project.” No explanation. No accountability. Just a cold, dismissive message after I already spent so much time and money based on their promises. I genuinely feel that if you are not a big company with a big budget, they don’t care about you. Small businesses in Sydney – beware. They gladly take your money, give you bad advice, drag things out, and then leave you with nothing. To me, it feels like a system designed to pull in clients, make money off setup and vague promises, and move on. I never had such a disappointing experience with a marketing agency. If you value your time, your business, and your budget,stay far away from StudioHawk.
