Although I had a fantastic start with Tay, I didn't experience a very good ending. What began with heaps of communication, some great content, and fresh ideas, turned into little to no contact, posts lacking (including a merry Xmas post on the wrong day) and a lack of engagement. I believed we had a good relationship, but she then abruptly 'closed the business' (clearly still trading for a few accounts I can see), with only 1-2 days notice. As a busy business owner, that really put me in a bad spot. I've requested multiple times to get access to our media library, as those pictures and videos were paid for, but after months still no avail. Disappointing, as supporting local female owned businesses is very important to me.

Taylor has been looking after the socials for our business for a few months now, and has been an absolute God send! Is always very easy to deal with, constantly offering fresh new ideas for both instagram and Facebook. Our socials (and our bookings!) have never been so popular!
