Thrive Web Design draws consistent praise from clients across Bendigo and the wider region, with reviewers highlighting the quality of the finished websites and the professionalism of the team behind them. Kylie and Dave are named repeatedly, and several customers describe them as approachable and helpful throughout the entire process, from the initial brief through to launch. Communication is a recurring theme, with reviewers noting that queries were answered promptly and explained clearly, both while the site was being built and after handover.

The standard of the work itself comes up often, with the resulting websites described as visually attractive, effective and professionally finished. Clients also value the practical support that follows completion, including help with ongoing updates, maintenance and additions, and a comprehensive video walkthrough that made future editing straightforward. Businesses mention being guided out of difficulties with ease, and a society that commissioned a new site expressed pleasure with the outcome. Honesty, competence and fair pricing are mentioned as reasons clients return for further projects and recommend the team to others needing website work.
