Jack has been outstanding throughout the entire process. He's professional, responsive, and always happy to answer our questions or quickly resolve any issues that come up. His detailed communication and dedication have made working together incredibly easy. In the beginning, things were a little slow to pick up, but after the first few months we crossed a threshold where the ad campaigns started generating so many enquiries that we actually had to scale our ad budget back for a while just to catch up with the workload!
