I was with them for 7 months and it was underwhelming. Promised the world, as SEO agencies do, but their campaign was underwhelming and amateur at best. I left looking for more experience. This was 7 years ago so they might be better now, but it definitely felt like I was a number in on a factory line. Edit 24/04/2026 - 2 days ago the company rewrote their response. "we clearly outlined the realities of SEO based on your situation at the time. Your website was on a “.today” domain, which was not widely used or trusted in the Australian market - where “.com.au” is the most recognised and accepted TLD" * No you didn't. You took my money and told me you were doing directory submissions, bookmarking, web 2.0 link building. There was no discussion about TLD. "Expectations of reaching #1 positions within 6 months are not achievable through ethical SEO practices" * I wasn't expecting #1 google. I understood it's a process that takes time. I DID expect professionalism and experience, but what I got was inexperience. I didn't leave because of rankings I left because I didn't believe you knew what you were doing.
