What customers say
Based on genuine customer reviews
Excite Media works as a full-service digital marketing partner for some long-standing clients, starting with a website redesign and expanding over time into Instagram management, paid advertising across Google and social platforms, and blog publishing.
Karlos is named for web design work and Jake, Nathanael and a wider team for ongoing account management, with reviewers describing monthly review meetings used to track enquiries and discuss which channels are producing them. Clients repeatedly mention being talked through technical decisions without jargon and appreciate flexibility with costs for newer, smaller businesses.

I give Excite Media 5 Stars - I've appreciated the input from different team members with varying specialist knowledge; support put in place when team members are away; flexibility with costs (apportionment spread over time; recognition of small business startup position); leading edge consideration and addressing of privacy concerns; collaborative input into website development; willingness to make ongoing adjustments when needed; and a 'final' product that I'm still excited by and grateful for. The respectful culture had consistently showed up in personalised emails along the way…
Matt and the team are first class all the way . They have helped us rebrand and build a powerful website . In particular the speed at which the action changes and requests is super quick and rare . Highly recommended!!! 10/10
Hands down, Karlos is the best web designer I’ve ever worked with! From day one, he showed genuine passion for our project, clear communication, and honest design advice. He made the entire process feel truly collaborative & implemented our feedback seamlessly - which is exactly why we now have such an amazing new website. Thank you to the whole team for going above and beyond and making everything feel so effortless. We couldn’t be happier and highly recommend Excite Media!”
No confusing tech talk, no stress — just a great team delivering quality work and great support. Over 12 months in and still highly recommend! Our team at Hader Clinic Queensland has continued to have an amazing experience working with Excite Media Team. Jake, plus the whole extended team (Nathanael, Lorien, Jacob, Laura, Jason & Shane) genuinely care about getting the best outcome and really took the time to understand who we are and what we do. From our website refresh to digital strategy, everything has felt easy, smooth, and well communicated.
Matt from Exicte Media has been great to deal with - approachable, responsive and always able to address our requirements! Highly recommend working with him!
We've been engaged with Excite Media for the last 18 months for an array of marketing campaigns, we would recommend them without hesitation.
