My Digital Sidekick - Marketing Agency

My Digital Sidekick is an Australian digital marketing agency founded by Slade. The agency is Australian owned and run, and is 100% Australian-based. It offers no lock-in contracts. My Digital Sidekick has helped 30+ businesses. Its main services include Meta Ads, local SEO, web design, lead generation, Google Business Profile, quote calculators and social media.

The agency provides clear tracking and reporting. It worked with a local fencing and retaining wall contractor, generating $100K+ of work locked in. It worked with a regional agricultural services business, resulting in a $100K+ contract in month one. It worked with Koi Wellness, generating 4-5 calls per week.

Owner Slade Edwards sits at the centre of most accounts left for this Ballarat agency, and the range of work described spans website builds, social media management, video work, advertising and search engine optimisation. Customers often remark on how fast campaigns were put together and how soon the benefits appeared, with a fencing business noting that paid social activity revived a trade that had depended entirely on word of mouth. Several reviewers describe the website development process as smooth and free of stress, praising Slade for absorbing their ideas, adding suggestions of his own and shaping the final result around their requirements.

A theme running through the feedback is his depth of knowledge and the guidance he offers, matched by a friendly and responsive approach when questions arise during and after a project. Business owners also highlight the reliability and professionalism maintained throughout engagements, while a larger client employing about thirty staff credits the team with overhauling its entire IT system to support growth. Finished websites, social channels and video campaigns are said to surpass what clients had in mind, and the working relationships formed tend to continue well beyond the initial job.
