NeonTreehouse is (are?) a dedicated, curious, and kind team of talented marketers who are a joy to work with across any industry, product, or service. Their communication is clear and prompt, and their feedback processes are thorough and thoughtful. I have collaborated with NeonTreehouse on a range of projects, including social media marketing, website and landing page updates, as well as digital advertising on Meta/Facebook and Google for an Adelaide Hills-based winery and restaurant. I also engaged them to run lead generation campaigns for a mining technology company, promoting a live webinar through Google Ads, Meta/Facebook, and LinkedIn. Having previously owned my own digital marketing agency, I was looking for an agency/vendor that prioritized systems and processes over relying solely on individual expertise. Every marketing client I’ve worked with has a “bad ex-girlfriend agency” story — a cautionary tale of paying large sums to an agency that promised the world but delivered nothing. I engaged Josh and the team in Dec of 2024 to take over all my ad channels, I had very high hopes, but after spending 10's of thousands of dollars in management fees with them, by early March 2025 I had to call it and cancel due to a fall in sales and some serious ad structure issues. They’re nice people but unfortunately it was a mess.
